Looking for somewhere a little different?
Berrylicious Strawberries offers group bookings, private events and location hire within our working strawberry farm in Buxton. From social groups and celebrations to professional photography, content creation and film crews, we can work with you to create an experience that suits your needs.
Group Bookings
Planning a visit with 10 or more people? Get in touch with us before you arrive so we can help organise your visit.
We welcome a wide variety of groups, including community organisations, social groups, seniors and aged-care groups, disability and support services, homeschool communities, workplace groups, clubs and family gatherings.
Depending on the season and strawberry availability, your visit can include Pick Your Own strawberries as well as time to enjoy the Farm Shop, café, animals and relaxed farm surroundings.
For larger groups, seating and dedicated areas can be arranged. Let us know your group size, preferred date and any accessibility or additional requirements when enquiring.
Private Events & Celebrations
Make your next gathering a little more memorable with a country farm setting.
Berrylicious may be available for private celebrations, children’s events, family gatherings, community events, workshops, corporate activities and other special occasions.
We can discuss different areas of the property, seating, Farm Shop and café options, strawberry experiences and other requirements depending on the type and size of your event.
As Berrylicious is a working farm, event availability and access to particular areas may vary throughout the growing season.
Photography & Content Creation
Looking for a beautiful and distinctive backdrop?
With our strawberry greenhouses, rows of growing strawberries, open farm landscape, rustic surroundings and working-farm atmosphere, Berrylicious provides a setting that is difficult to recreate in a studio.
Location hire may be available for:
Professional and commercial photography
Family and lifestyle photography
Fashion and product shoots
Brand campaigns
Social media and content creation
Influencer collaborations
Engagement and special-occasion photography
Editorial projects
Photography intended for commercial use must be arranged with Berrylicious in advance.
Film, Television & Production Crews
Berrylicious is also available to consider enquiries from film, television, advertising, documentary and digital production crews looking for an agricultural or country location.
Our property offers access to a genuine working strawberry farm, including large undercover growing areas and a variety of farm environments.
We understand that professional productions may have specific requirements relating to crew numbers, vehicles, equipment, power, access, filming schedules, privacy, site preparation and areas that need to remain clear during production.
Tell us about your production and we’ll discuss what can reasonably be accommodated without interfering with farm operations, crops, animals or visitor safety.
Location Hire Tailored to Your Project
No two bookings are quite the same, so location hire and event pricing is quoted individually.
Costs will depend on factors such as group or crew size, duration, areas required, commercial use, staffing, additional seating or setup, equipment and whether exclusive or out-of-hours access is requested.
